Light Integration Assistance with Archangel Metatron

I hope you all had a beautiful Christmas Day yesterday however and wherever you were celebrating it. Yule (21st December to the 1st January) is a window of high frequency light integration and this year we are seeing the biggest download of Christ Light that has ever been added to the ascension process. As a result of this many people are struggling to keep up physically and are manifesting strong symptoms (illness, fatigue etc) so Archangel Metatron is stepping in to assist.
